St. Louis WordPress Showcase

Do you create WordPress websites – or run one? Are you from the STL area?

If you answered yes, then we want to show you off!

St. Louis has an amazing community of WordPress users and enthusiasts, and it’s time to be recognized by the region and showcased to the world. Of the sites you’ve worked on, run or otherwise been a part of, enter your favorites in the comments.

We especially want:

  • great blogs
  • sites that tell a story / are for a cause
  • sites that don’t look like wordpress
  • sites that are for big names/companies
  • sites with special functionality
  • sites that are… well how do we put it… awesome!

We’ll showcase the best sites at the WordCamp afterparty. Then, after WordCamp, ALL the submissions we get will go into a Google Slideshow you’ll be able to find on our site.

Strut your stuff in the comments.

Cool stuff. My site at http://www.hikingmike.com is my personal site dedicated to hiking/backpacking, with trip reports, a little bit of blogging, and some articles. I made a child theme off of Thematic and also made a plugin to rotate my banner images every x time interval. Cheers, everyone.

  5. I really enjoyed working on this site for Insight Theatre Company. They have such phenomenal shows and everyone there works hard – from set design, lighting, costumes, and actors. We used WordPress with Advanced Custom Fields and Custom Post Types to make adding and managing shows and seasons a breeze. Check it out!
